International Nepalese Youth Forum (INYF) is a non-profit organization initiated by Nepalese Youth from all walks of life with a sole aim of upliftment of Nepalese Youth. The founding members of INYF are Doctors, Engineers, Businessmen and Entrepreneurs from tourism sector striving hard on their field of specialties to serve our country and its people.
We start working in Drug and Drug related HIV/AIDS . We provide HIV/AIDS drug awareness service for poor and deprived drug users through experienced and expertise team. Now a days we only working at capital due to lack of funding. Nearly future we want to expand our service all over the Nepal but it is possible when someone who feel this problem empathetically. We are ready to accept any kind of help and support for this work.
Lots of NGOs, INGOs are working in this issue but the improvement is not as per the expectation. Many rehabilitation centers, care, support and crisis centers are working to correct the deviant people. But the problem is with the attitude of general people towards drug, HIV and rehabs because of which state of stigma and discrimination is very active in almost all the sectors of the society. Still the structure of the society is unable to provide platform for the growth of recovering addicts and PLWHA (People living with HIV/AIDS) but instead push them to the worst. People still rely on the slogan, "once an addict always addict", which carries negative connotation. People are also not aware of the concept of rehabilitation centers and not ever users sometimes. Society stigmatized the user and his/ her family if s/he enters any such correctional settings.
